This includes AgeScores names, trademarks, trade names, logos, information products, methodologies, frameworks, questions, scoring systems, ratings, assessments, classifications, taxonomies, reports, research, databases, datasets, commentary, graphics, tables, charts, text, designs and other proprietary materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Together, these materials are referred to in these Terms as “AgeScores Content”.

AgeScores™, Sub-Industries AgeScores™ (SIAS™), Company Disclosed Exposure AgeScores™ (CoDEAge™), associated logos, names and other marks are trademarks or claimed proprietary marks of AgeScores Pte. Ltd., as applicable. Nothing on this website grants any right or licence to use an AgeScores trademark or branding without prior written permission.
Permitted Use
You may access publicly available portions of the website for legitimate informational purposes. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable. It does not transfer ownership of any AgeScores intellectual property.
Prohibited Use

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
AgeScores Content may not, without prior written permission from AgeScores, be used for the training, fine-tuning, grounding, development, testing, evaluation or improvement of artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems. This prohibition includes use in or for: • training or evaluation datasets; • embeddings or vector databases; • model weights; • retrieval augmented generation systems; • synthetic datasets; • automated rating or assessment systems; or • models, agents, services or products intended to reproduce, approximate, substitute for or derive from AgeScores methodologies, ratings or assessments. Automated, agentic or systematic extraction of AgeScores Content for such purposes is prohibited.
Automated Access
AgeScores may use technical measures to manage or restrict automated access to its website. You must not circumvent, disable or interfere with such measures or use bots, crawlers, agents or automated tools in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
References and Citations
AgeScores Content may be cited or referenced in a fair and accurate manner for legitimate informational or professional purposes, provided that the citation or reference does not reproduce substantial portions of AgeScores Content, misrepresent the content or imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval or endorsement by AgeScores.
